On May 30, 2024, the Prosecutor’s Office DISMISSED the criminal complaint against Sava Šaronjić for attempting to defraud the Museum of Contemporary Art by selling them one painting and gifting them 24 works of art. After hearing witnesses and documents, the criminal complaint was dismissed.
Also, Nenad Stojić, who sold a work of art through the MadlArt auction house, for which he was accused of attempted fraud and falsification of an official document, by hearing witnesses and attached documents – the criminal charges were DISMISSED.
