A draft for a banner intended to be placed near “Slavia” when welcoming the liberation units, which I did according to the task received from NOJA-Zivanovica in September 1944. And which was later, slightly modified, placed in the intended place.
I assume that NOJE showed it to the competent comrades, because when he returned it to me, he said that the text would be determined later, and that I should adjust the portrait drawings for Radocaj and Huter, who should reproduce them for other places.
