German Forensics – MSU Belgrade

At the request of the German team of investigators, and due to the alleged larger-scale investigation, our police are taking from the Museum of Contemporary Art 24 works of art that Šaronjic gave as a gift and one work that he sold to the Museum. As well as one work that was bought by a private person at the MadlArt auction. The Germans from Belgrade take all 25 works to Germany (in a bag), because the formats are convenient for this type of transport.
Due to the format, the work from the MadlArt auction was not easy to transport in that way (in a bag), so a German “expert” in Belgrade takes samples for “analysis”.
Out of all 26 works, they choose 17 works whose authors match the previously seized 31-(42) at the Zissk&Lacher auction in Munich – all but one of which they previously declared to be forgeries.

Their obvious intention was to “cover up” the FAKE forensics in Munich with these works from the Museum in Belgrade. Also, to avoid sending seized works from Munich with false forensics for works from Belgrade.
They transferred the entire case from Munich to the Serbian judicial authorities for resolution EXCEPT WORKS OF ART.????

They FRAUDED the Museum of Contemporary Art, as well as a private person, with fake forensics for works from Belgrade. Considering that neither the Museum nor a private person requested any help from the Germans, both injured parties have the right, and perhaps the obligation, to sue the German investigative authorities for FRAUD.
