representatives of the German state falsified forensic findings for 31 works of art that were illegally seized from the Zisska & Lacher auction on November 10, 2016 in Munich.
Also, of the 24 works of art that Saronjic Sava donated to the Museum of Contemporary Art in 2015 in Belgrade, 13 works of art were declared forgeries. The other 11 works of art did not receive that qualification.
Also, one work that Saronjic Sava sold to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade in 2015 was declared a forgery.
Also, a work of art that Nenad Stojic handed over to the auction house Madlart and which was sold at auction in 2017 in Belgrade was declared a forgery.
German arguments (forensic analysis):
All papers and cardboards on which pencils, inks, watercolors, tempera and collages were made were produced in recent times and do not correspond to the period. Paper analyzes were done by criminal police officer SPAHIC (licensed paper technician) on a KONICA device, which can be purchased on Ebay for 1000 Euros. The camera showed the optical whiteness inherent in the papers of the new age.
Dr. Roth “proved” that oil-painted paintings contain all of the ANATAS YELLOW pigments; PHTHALOSIAN BLUE; and PHTHALOSIAN GREEN. All three were found after 1929. Of course, none of the analyzed 46 works were done after 1929.
About 500 works of art that are part of the same collection are located in Belgrade and not a single one contains nonsense that allegedly German (experts) forgers found on the works that they analyzed, and that are listed in their analyzes. The same canvases, papers, cardboard, paints, pencils, inks, collages, artists, etc. Also, there is REAL forensic research for all of this.
We Serbs are very “held low” by the Germans. Can anyone normal think that a forger of that rank (deceived the expert commissions of the Museum of Contemporary Art, the commission of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Heritage of RS, the commission of the auction house Madlart Belgrade,Mr.Djordje Kadijević,Mr. Nikola Kusovac,Madame Irina Subotic,Mr. Court Expert, the commission of the auction houses Zisska & lacher Munich), go to the first bookstore and buy new papers, cardboard, canvas and paints and falsify such grandiose works.?
And by no means should they be reminded. There was little elementary school in 1914, then high school in 1941. Now they came to study in 2021. God forbid they want a doctorate. If they still decide to continue their education, we Serbs have a professor!
In order to substantiate the fraud with the seized 31 art. part of 2016, which they have been carrying out for almost five years in order to “investigate”, they took 24 gifts from the Museum of Contemporary Art Belgrade, one purchased work as well as from a private person who bought one work at the Madlart auction. And of course he declared 15 works to be forgeries. Exactly those 15 that coincide with 31 in Munich.Petrov, Cernigoj, Stepancic, Tokin, Hansen, Jocic and Ristic. The other 11 from the gifts, they say, can be originals but made after the war.
