HOW THE GERMAN POLICE TRIED TO FRAUD THE MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART IN BELGRADE

Sava Saronjić PRESENTED 24 works of art, mostly by Serbian avant-garde artists, to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade. And sold one work by Ljubisa Jocić. Out of those 24 works, 2 works by Dušan Janković were exhibited at that exhibition on the occasion of the aforementioned author’s exhibition. For POKLON, he received recognition from the museum in the form of a certificate of appreciation, as well as a special notification that 2 works will be exhibited at the exhibition.
One year after that, Šaronjić signed a contract with the auction house ZISSKA&LACHER from Munich, which confirms that he offered 31 works of art for sale to that auction house.
All 31 works of art were confiscated by the police on the tip of BERINSON HENDRICK (gallerist from BERLIN) on the day of the auction sale. Based on photos published on the Internet, Berinson told the police that all 31 pieces of forgery were made “with one hand” (COMPETITING FIRM).
The police soon realize that everything is original, and enormous damage has already been done to the auction house. In order not to have to pay a huge compensation, the police start an alleged investigation. She (FAKE) “forensics” declares all 31 works to be forgeries.
As a “forensic report”, the report from the first piece of art to the last is full of lies, deceptions and sweeping conclusions against which there is strong evidence. They resort to SCAMS!
In the impossibility of solving it, they transfer the whole case to the Republic of Serbia. They transfer everything – except WORKS OF ART (thus preventing independent forensics from verifying their claims).

“SMART” GERMAN SCAMMERS FOUND OUT how to do it in the most painless way!
According to the contract on legal assistance and international cooperation – they are asking the police in Serbia to deliver 24 gifts and one purchased painting from the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade for “expert evaluation”.
A miracle happened!!! Out of 25 works of art from the Museum, German “forensics” “proved” that 14 works of art are forgeries. And imagine, there are 14 works whose authors match the seized works from the Munich auction. The other 11 works are originals (or they didn’t even consider them since they didn’t fit into their scheme)

THAT’S HOW THEY DECEIVED AND FRAUDED THE MUSEUM OF CONTEMPORARY ART IN BELGRADE – AT THE STATE LEVEL.
At least that’s what they think!!!
