I have letters addressed to the auctioneer Wolfgang Lacher, who was seized by the German police 31/42 (one lot has 12 works of art), owned by Mr. Šaronjić Sava from Belgrade (Republic of Serbia).
These are answers to the letters sent to me from the auctioneer in which he tells me various nonsense that the German police officers tell him after two days after the seizure as
“forensic” findings where they claim that this or that is not original because of new paper, printing, etc.
In my naivety and desire to spare them embarrassment, I started sending Lacher various proofs. I realized in time that I should stop. WHY??
The Germans accepted all the forensic and other evidence (which I sent them). Suddenly, for works of art for which until yesterday they claimed that the paper reacts to the UV lamp, everything related to printing – and they accepted that. Suddenly the paper, pigments and printing are fine on those artworks, but…!!!
Thanks to the persons with Dr. in front of their names from Belgrade (“experts”) and collaborators who have always been in our area – they find the Solomonic solution. Namely, by believing those persons, the Germans fall into even greater mud. They thought that Dr., M.Sc. and the rest means both knowledge and familiarity. They send the whole case to Belgrade – but without the works of art. Before that, they practically fraudulently take works of art from the Museum of Contemporary Art from Belgrade.
It’s their trial balloon. They want to see how the case will end. They must not send the works of art that they seized in Germany even at the cost of their lives. They realized that there are a number of institutions in Serbia that can perform these very simple analyses.
It’s lucky that I stopped sending the evidence in time. I realized that they were only using them for manipulation.
As for the rest of the evidence, they are in for a huge surprise! The only problem is that it is impossible for the process to really start. Six years have passed. Are you waiting for the actors to die???
